Association creation policy

Overview

Baegugu uses the following policy so association listings stay trustworthy. Registering an association that does not exist, or one you do not belong to, is prohibited. Breaking this can lead to account limits or deletion of the association. Read this before you register.

Core rules

Only a real association may be registered

Only an association that is actually operating may be registered. Creating a fictional association or registering one with false information is prohibited. Fake listings confuse other users and damage trust in Baegugu.

Register only an association you belong to

You may not register an association you are not part of. You need authority to represent it—for example as an officer or staff member. Registering someone else's association or posting information without authority is prohibited.

No duplicate registrations

You may not register an association that already exists on Baegugu. If it is already listed, ask the current admin to transfer rights, or contact Baegugu.

If you break this: registration refused, duplicate association deleted

Keep information accurate

The association's name, contact details, region, and other information must match reality. False information or changes meant to mislead can lead to sanctions.

Verified associations

A newly created association starts as unverified. Unverified associations can still publish basic information and manage members. The features below require verification.

FAQ

Can I register if I am not the association president?

Yes, if you have authority to represent the association—such as an officer or office staff. Ordinary members may not register it on their own.

I want admin rights for an association that is already listed.

You cannot register it again. Contact Baegugu. After we check the current registrant, we will explain how a transfer works.

Can a club apply to join an unverified association?

The club can apply, but membership in an unverified association does not count as verification for tournament entry. That effect starts after the association is verified.

Can I appeal a sanction?

Yes. Contact Baegugu and explain what happened, with evidence. We review it and then follow the process.
